Aaron Andrews is a Chef and the Founder of Bodega Trading Co. After two decades of owning and operating the successful Tapas Bar La Bodega in The Netherlands, he created Bodega Trading Co. to help home cooks confidently create simple yet versatile and robustly flavorful meals.
