Ingredients
- 1 mini cucumber, grated
- 1 tsp Za’atar blend
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Pinch or 2 of salt to taste
Instructions
- On the large holes of a box grater, grate cucumber into a colander and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess water using your hands. You want to do this so the tzatziki is not too watery.
- Add cucumber to a bowl along with all of the other ingredient and mix until well combined.
- Serve in a bowl with a sprig of fresh parsley on top.
