Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Citrus Chili Blend
Instructions
- Place the honey in a small pot or pan over medium low heat.
- Gently heat until you see bubble start to form around the edges.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and Chili Citrus Blend and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Do not let it boil as it will boil over onto the stove and the remainder of the honey will be too thick to use.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Strain using a fine mesh sieve into a mason jar or other type of air tight container.
- Store in a dark cabinet for up to 2 months.
Notes
Goes well with cheese plates, pizza, fried chicken, in salad dressings, in cocktails, etc.
