Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Citrus Chili Blend

Instructions

  1. Place the honey in a small pot or pan over medium low heat.
  2. Gently heat until you see bubble start to form around the edges.
  3. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and Chili Citrus Blend and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Do not let it boil as it will boil over onto the stove and the remainder of the honey will be too thick to use.
  5. Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Strain using a fine mesh sieve into a mason jar or other type of air tight container.
  7. Store in a dark cabinet for up to 2 months.

Notes

Goes well with cheese plates, pizza, fried chicken, in salad dressings, in cocktails, etc.
