Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon filet, skinless and boneless cut into 3 filets
  • 1½ Tbsp Rotisserie blend
  • ½ lb broccolini
  • 3 tsp olive oil, divided
  • Lemon to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In an ovenproof baking dish place 1 tsp olive oil to coat the bottom. Place the salmon fillets and the broccolini in the dish and sprinkle the 1½ Tbsp Rotisserie blend on top. Drizzle remaining 2 tsp olive oil over the salmon and broccolini.
  3. Place in the oven and roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon garnish.
