Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion (red or green)
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • ¾ tsp Shawarma blend
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Using an egg slicer, slice eggs 2 times to cut into small pieces or use a knife to chop into small pieces. Place in a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix to combine. Serve on bread as a sandwich, on crackers or on cucumber or tomato slices as a carb free option.
