Ingredients
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups Chex or Crispix cereal
- 2 cups Original Goldfish crackers
- 1 cup Cheez-its
- 1 cup unsalted & roasted nuts (peanuts, cashews or pistachios are recommended)
- ½ stick (4 Tbsp) unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp Ranch popcorn seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, place the pretzels, Chex/Crispix, Goldfish, Cheez-its and nuts and mix gently with a wooden spoon or spatula (you don’t want the ingredients to break up into small pieces).
- In a small pan over medium low heat melt the butter. When the butter is melted, whisk in the Ranch seasoning.
- Pour half of the butter mixture over the other ingredients and gently mix to coat evenly. Add the rest of the butter mixture and repeat.
- Place the Chex mix on the rimmed baking sheet, spread it out as evenly as possible and place in the oven for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes, gently mix and place back in the oven for 12 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the Chex mix cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
