Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups Chex or Crispix cereal
  • 2 cups Original Goldfish crackers
  • 1 cup Cheez-its
  • 1 cup unsalted & roasted nuts (peanuts, cashews or pistachios are recommended)
  • ½ stick (4 Tbsp) unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch popcorn seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, place the pretzels, Chex/Crispix, Goldfish, Cheez-its and nuts and mix gently with a wooden spoon or spatula (you don’t want the ingredients to break up into small pieces).
  3. In a small pan over medium low heat melt the butter. When the butter is melted, whisk in the Ranch seasoning.
  4. Pour half of the butter mixture over the other ingredients and gently mix to coat evenly. Add the rest of the butter mixture and repeat.
  5. Place the Chex mix on the rimmed baking sheet, spread it out as evenly as possible and place in the oven for 12 minutes.
  6. After 12 minutes, gently mix and place back in the oven for 12 more minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the Chex mix cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
