Ingredients
- 2 plain bagels, cut into ⅛” slices
- 2 Tbsp olive oil*
- 2-3 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a cookie sheet or sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the bagel slices on the parchment paper. With a pastry brush, brush the olive oil onto each bagel slice.
- Sprinkle each bagel piece with the Ranch popcorn seasoning, covering as much of the bagel as possible.
- Place in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the chips are starting to turn golden brown and crisp up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
*You can also use a cooking spray (Pam or other brand) instead of using the olive oil and pastry brush. Just make sure to spray evenly on the bagel slices.
