Ingredients

  • 2 plain bagels, cut into ⅛” slices
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil*
  • 2-3 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet or sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Place the bagel slices on the parchment paper. With a pastry brush, brush the olive oil onto each bagel slice.
  4. Sprinkle each bagel piece with the Ranch popcorn seasoning, covering as much of the bagel as possible.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the chips are starting to turn golden brown and crisp up.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

*You can also use a cooking spray (Pam or other brand) instead of using the olive oil and pastry brush. Just make sure to spray evenly on the bagel slices.
