Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp shallots, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp Tuscan blend
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot. Add shallots and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Cool before adding to the pizza crust. Any leftovers can be frozen for the next pizza night.
