Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp shallots, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp Tuscan blend
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
Instructions
- In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot. Add shallots and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Cool before adding to the pizza crust. Any leftovers can be frozen for the next pizza night.
