Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • ½ lb pasta of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Dukkah Nut & Spice Blend, separated
  • Freshly minced parsley and Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package to al dente
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Once butter is melted, add ⅔ cup broth and cook until it is reduced by half and starting to thicken, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with 2 Tbsp Dukkah and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring to coat the pasta in the butter and Dukkah.
  4. Add 1 more Tbsp butter and stir into pasta until the butter is melted.
  5. Remove from the pan from the heat and place the pasta on plates or bowls, getting any remaining butter and Dukkah and spooning it over the pasta.
  6. Garnish with 1 tsp of Dukkah per portion of pasta, Parmesan cheese and freshly minced parsley
