For the marinade: In a medium size bowl combine olive oil, Orange Poppy Seed Blend, garlic, zest & lemon juice, red pepper flakes and salt. Whisk together until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
For the shrimp: Add shrimp to the marinade and mix to coat the shrimp evenly. Heat the butter over medium heat in a large pan. Once the butter is melted and starts to bubble, add shrimp with marinade, making sure that the shrimp are spread out in the pan evenly. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side, spooning the marinade from the pan over the shrimp a couple of times. Remove from heat and serve the shrimp and sauce/marinade over rice or with a vegetable of your choice.
