Ingredients

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp Apple Pie Blend
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°
  2. Add nuts to a rimmed baking tray or sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the nuts from the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the nuts, sugar, Apple Pie Blend and salt to a food processor and process until nuts are starting to come together, stopping about every 45 seconds to scrape down the sides.
  4. Once the butter starts to come together, add the peanut oil and continue to process until smooth.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Notes

You can substitute any nuts you want but just make sure there are 1½ cups total.
