Ingredients
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup peanuts
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp Apple Pie Blend
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp peanut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Add nuts to a rimmed baking tray or sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the nuts from the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- Add the nuts, sugar, Apple Pie Blend and salt to a food processor and process until nuts are starting to come together, stopping about every 45 seconds to scrape down the sides.
- Once the butter starts to come together, add the peanut oil and continue to process until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Notes
You can substitute any nuts you want but just make sure there are 1½ cups total.
