In a bowl big enough to fit all of the potatoes, whisk together the olive oil and Nacho Cheese Seasoning.
Add the potatoes and stir to coat the potatoes as evenly as possible.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
Test one of the larger potato halves by piercing it with a toothpick. The toothpick should be able to go through the potato with no resistance. If you feel a bit of resistance, place them back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
