Lay the tortillas on a cutting board and spray Pam on each side or brush oil on each side to fully coat. This will help them cook to a crisp and keep the seasoning sticking to them. Sprinkle Nacho Cheese seasoning on each side of the tortillas making sure to coat the entire tortilla completely.
Lay tortillas on top of each other to make a stack. Cut tortillas into six pieces so they look like triangle tortilla chips.
Place a piece of parchment paper onto the cookie sheet/sheet pan to cover it.
Lay tortilla triangles in a single layer on the parchment paper. Place in the preheated oven.
Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the chips after 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
