Ingredients
The Core Duo:
- 1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1 tsp Guacamole Seasoning Blend
Optional "Loaded" Mix-ins:

- 1 Tbsp red or white onion, minced

Instructions
The Smash
- Prep Avocado: Place the flesh of the ripe avocado into a medium bowl.
- Season: Sprinkle the 1 tsp Guacamole Seasoning Blend directly over the avocado.
- Mash: Using a fork or a potato masher, smash the avocado and seasoning together until you reach your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
Customize (Optional)
- Fold In: If you're using any of the "loaded" ingredients—cilantro, onion, tomato, or jalapeños—gently fold them into the mashed avocado now.
- Taste: Give it a quick taste. My Guacamole Seasoning Blend already contains salt and lime, but you can add a squeeze of fresh lime juice if you want a brighter "zing."

- Garnish: Transfer to a serving bowl and top with pepitas for a professional, crunchy finish.

Tip to Prevent Browning: To help keep your guacamole green and fresh, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole—make sure to eliminate any air bubbles. This minimizes oxidation and helps prevent browning.
