Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp Guacamole Blend
Optional Add-ins
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp chopped pumpkin seeds (for a nice crunch)
- Chopped fresh or jarred jalapeños (for added heat)
Instructions
- Peel and pit the avocado. Place it in a bowl and mash to your desired consistency.
- Add 1 tsp of Guacamole Blend and stir until well combined.
- For added flavor and texture, mix in any of the optional ingredients listed above.
- Cover the guacamole and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
Notes
Tip to Prevent Browning: To help keep your guacamole green and fresh, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole—make sure to eliminate any air bubbles. This minimizes oxidation and helps prevent browning.
