Ingredients
- 3 tsp olive oil, separated
- 1 lb boneless & skinless salmon filet cut into 3 filets
- 1 Tbsp Green Goddess Seasoning Blend
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- ½ lb broccolini
- ¼ tsp each of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Place 2 tsp olive oil in a 9x13 baking dish and spread evenly to cover the bottom of the pan. Place salmon filets in the pan
- Add the broccolini to the pan and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and salt and pepper
- In a small bowl mix the Green Goddess Spice Blend with the lemon juice until well combined
- Pour over the salmon filet evenly and let sit at room temp for about 15 minutes
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the salmon and broccolini cool for about 5 minutes before serving
