Ingredients

  • 4 oz soft goat cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 10 figs, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp Dukkah Nut and Spice Blend
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Micro greens or chopped fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small food processor blend the goat cheese, yogurt, lemon zest, extra virgin olive oil and salt until smooth & creamy
  2. Place halved figs on a plate and top each fig with about ¾ tsp of the whipped goat cheese mixture
  3. Drizzle the honey on top, sprinkle the Dukkah Nut and Spice Blend next and then top with the micro greens or fresh chives
