Ingredients
- 4 oz soft goat cheese
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- 10 figs, cut in half
- 1 Tbsp Dukkah Nut and Spice Blend
- Honey for drizzling
- Micro greens or chopped fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- In a small food processor blend the goat cheese, yogurt, lemon zest, extra virgin olive oil and salt until smooth & creamy
- Place halved figs on a plate and top each fig with about ¾ tsp of the whipped goat cheese mixture
- Drizzle the honey on top, sprinkle the Dukkah Nut and Spice Blend next and then top with the micro greens or fresh chives
