Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp Chimichurri Spice Blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, water, and Chimichurri Spice Blend.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes to allow the spices to rehydrate and flavors to develop.
- Spoon over grilled or roasted meats, seafood, or vegetables. It also works well as a dipping sauce or sandwich spread
Notes
Storage Tip: Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Stir before each use, as separation is natural.
