Ingredients

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp Chimichurri Spice Blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, water, and Chimichurri Spice Blend.
  2. Stir well until fully mixed.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes to allow the spices to rehydrate and flavors to develop.
  4. Spoon over grilled or roasted meats, seafood, or vegetables. It also works well as a dipping sauce or sandwich spread

Notes

Storage Tip: Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Stir before each use, as separation is natural.
